65% white cashmere, 35% silk
1130 yards (1033 meters) per 100 grams
dyed in a batch of 5 skeins
When these skeins were first dyed, back in July 2019, I was utterly enchanted with the gorgeous color of matcha they exhibited, but alas, no one else followed my lead. They languished in their corner of the availables shelf, looking pretty and fresh, until all of a sudden, they requested a transformation.
So here they are again, having gone through an incubatory and metamorphic process, and I wonder who will hear their siren call.
Some of you may recognize the title as belonging to the latest book by Ocean Vuong. It was an utterly epic read (highly recommended), making me very sorry that I just missed seeing him in person recently at Bryn Mawr College.
